Love the covers come off and can be washed. Love the plastic linings so they are waterproof to accidents. And absolutely love the designer cover options available to choose between. What's the difference between cover fabrics?
Boucle: Ideal for year-round use with its short fabric, it has a slightly coarse texture reminiscent of a luxurious lounge.
Shag: Perfect for cute, cozy or anxious pups, though the longer fabric may be warmer in summer.
Plush: Our original and widely popular fabric choice, offering broad appeal for those uncertain which to choose.
Designer: A thicker, canvas-like cover, with modern patterns, these are a must have for summer vibes.
Quick Cover: Ideal for a quicker change and is installed over your existing cover. Some of these are waterproof.
Polar Fleece: Ideal for winter or Dogs who feel the cold, its like putting on a Patagonia Jumper
How do I wash the cover?
First, unzip & remove the cover.
Then, gently machine or hand wash.
To dry, hang on your line. Do not tumble dry.

How often should I wash my cover?
We feel 14 days is a good average, based on our experience and feedback from our customers, to maintain a Hygienic Bed.

Warranty, Returns & Exchanges
Warranty:
1 year manufacturing warranty on the cover.
The cover is not warranted against damages caused from heavy dog scratching, chewing and other rough use.
Returns & Exchanges:
Unopened & unused covers can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Covers cannot be returned if used at all, even lightly.
