Shipping
Shipping is free for orders over $150.
Orders under $150 are charged at a flat rate of $9.95.

We ship from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

Once shipped, orders generally take 2- 8 business days to arrive.
Rural and regional addresses may take longer.

An email or SMS will be sent to you when your order is shipped with the applicable tracking number(s).
If this does not happen, Contact Us and we will provide you the tracking link.
We recommend providing both your email and phone number when placing your order so you can receive more shipping alerts from the carrier. Please keep yourself up to date with the delivery tracking.
Returns
If you have received your Dazy Dog and have not yet opened the vacuum seal, you are eligible for a return or an exchange for a different size. To qualify for a return or exchange, the Dazy Dog Bed must be:
- Unopened
- In its original vacuum seal
- Covers and accessories must be unused and in new condition
Please note: Beds that have the vacuum seal broken are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
To initiate a return, please request it within 7 days of delivery. If you meet these conditions and wish to return your item(s), please complete the form in the returns portal.
Please note that shipping the item back to our Dazy Dog store will be at the customer’s expense. Returns can be dropped off in person at our Dazy Dog store in Cronulla, NSW, but please complete the form in the returns portal first.
Once your return is received, we will notify you via email. After inspection, if the item is unopened, vacuum sealed, unused and in new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. If you prefer to set up an exchange instead, contact us at help@dazydog.com.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the vacuum seal on the bed has been opened, as it cannot be repackaged once expanded. If you have any concerns about the size of your bed upon delivery, please do not open the vacuum seal and reach out to our team at help@dazydog.com. We can assist with arranging a return or exchange as long as the bed remains vacuum sealed.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your bed cover choice, you can exchange the cover without returning the whole bed. Please reach out to us at help@dazydog.com to arrange an exchange.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your statement. If you do not see your approved refund after this period, contact us at help@dazydog.com.

Product
Dazy Dog provides a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, as well as a lifetime warranty against sagging of the memory foam.
This warranty covers defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials.
Please note: Dazy Dog is not responsible for any damages resulting from failure to adhere to care instructions, heavy scratching, chewing and other rough use.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at help@dazydog.com, and we will be happy to arrange a replacement.
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular washing and intended use.
- Damages caused by rough handling or aggressive use by pets, including bites, rips, burns, tears, excessive scratching, stains, and liquid or moisture damage.
- Damage incurred by using the cover on a bed that is not a Dazy Dog. Covers designed for our beds may become stretched or ill-fitting if placed over incompatible products.
Each Dazy Dog Bed box includes:
- Orthopaedic foam base
- 2 x Short side bolsters
- 2 x Long side bolsters
- Luxury cover
To protect the shape and structure of the foam, we don’t roll the bed up fully assembled. Instead, we pack the foam base and cover together - unassembled, so everything arrives fresh and in top shape.
Setup takes just a minute: slide the foam into the cover and zip it up.
Yes — all our orthopaedic foam is 100% CertiPUR-US® certified. That means it’s been independently tested and verified to be made without harmful chemicals like formaldehyde, phthalates, or heavy metals. It also meets strict standards for emissions, durability, and performance. You can find us listed on the official CertiPUR-US® website
If you're comparing us to another brand, make sure they’re listed on the CertiPUR-US® directory before you buy — if they’re not listed, their foam isn’t certified to be safe.
Sales
During major storewide sales no. Our discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. All discount codes will be deactivated for the duration of the sale.
Outside of sale periods, discount codes will be valid on full-priced items and most marked-down products.

We welcome genuine questions, feedback, and conversation — but we have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, aggressive, or spammy behaviour. This includes repeated negative comments, harassment, personal attacks, and trolling.
If this occurs, we may restrict or ban your account. This is the only way we can ensure our ads and content aren’t delivered to you moving forward.
