To qualify for a return or exchange, the Dazy Dog Bed must be:

• Unopened 
• In its original vacuum seal
• Covers and accessories must be unused and in new condition

Please note: Beds that have the vacuum seal broken are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed faulty.

Dazy Dog provides a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, as well as a lifetime warranty against sagging of the memory foam.

This warranty covers defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials.

Please note: Dazy Dog is not responsible for any damages resulting from failure to adhere to care instructions, heavy scratching, chewing and other rough use.

When selecting your bed size it's important to consider both the size of your dog and the space where you will have the bed.

Check our size guide and use our breed selector to find the perfect fit based on your dog’s weight, breed, and sleeping style.

When your bed arrives, if you’re unsure about the size, we recommend laying out the cover in the spot you plan to put it and letting your pup have a lie-down before opening the vacuum seal. This way, you can check the fit without breaking the seal.

All our covers are machine washable.

Simply unzip the cover and machine wash on a cold cycle.
Line dry to keep it looking fresh.
Do not tumble dry.

Each Dazy Dog Bed box includes:

• Orthopaedic foam base
• 2 x Short side bolsters
• 2 x Long side bolsters
• Luxury cover

To protect the shape and structure of the foam, we don’t roll the bed up fully assembled.  Instead, we pack the foam base and cover together - unassembled, so everything arrives fresh and in top shape.
