To qualify for a return or exchange, the Dazy Dog Bed must be:

• Unopened 
• In its original vacuum seal
• Covers and accessories must be unused and in new condition

Please note: Beds that have the vacuum seal broken are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Dazy Dog provides a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, as well as a lifetime warranty against sagging of the memory foam.

This warranty covers defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials.

Please note: Dazy Dog is not responsible for any damages resulting from failure to adhere to care instructions, heavy scratching, chewing and other rough use.

All our covers are machine washable.

Simply unzip the cover and machine wash on a cold cycle.
Line dry to keep it looking fresh.
Do not tumble dry.

You should wash your dog bed cover every 1–2 weeks — but it depends on a few things:

Weekly — if your dog sheds a lot, drools, or spends a lot of time outdoors.
Every 2–3 weeks — for lighter indoor use or short-haired breeds.
Immediately — after any accidents, muddy play, or if you notice odour or visible dirt.
