Eligibility
Entry into the competition opens at 7:00:00 am (AEDT), November 13, 2025, and closes at 11.59:59 pm (AEDT), December 1, 2025
Participation is free and open to individuals who:
- Available anywhere in the Australia;
- Are aged 18 years or older.
- All entries are automatically entered when a purchase has been made.
- By participating, you confirm that you adhere to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
- Every item purchased with a physical product, earns you one (1) entry into the competition. Earn three (1) entires for every $100
(Exclusions: Valid for Physical Products Only.)
- Entries will remain valid even if orders are partially returned for store credit or exchange. However, orders returned for a refund will forfeit entry eligibility.
- Our employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- We reserve the right to withhold the prize until the winner provides satisfactory proof of residency and age.
Disqualification
- Entries may be disqualified under the following circumstances:
- Submission of incomplete or incomprehensible entries.
- Any breach of these terms and conditions or engagement in unlawful conduct that may compromise the fairness of the competition.
- We are not liable for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
Winner Selection
- The winner will be selected randomly at 12:00 pm (AEDT) on December 2nd, 2025, the winner will be announced on Instagram & Facebook.
- The winner will be notified via phone call immediately and email within 24 hours of the draw.
- We reserve the right to publish the winner's details (last name, first initial and postcode) on our website and social media within 30 days of the major prize draw and/or unclaimed prize draws by January 1, 2026.
- If the prize remains unclaimed after one month from the notification date, we will conduct a redraw on the 2nd October 2026 at 7:30:00pm (AEST)
Prize
There will be one prize awarded for this competition.
The prize includes:
- One (1) voucher valued at AUD$3,500 for redemption with Luxury Escapes Travel Pty Ltd
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Privacy
By participating in the competition, you consent to the use and disclosure of any personal information provided for the purposes outlined in this document.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for breach of any implied terms in this document.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or loss of profits.
Early Cancellation of Competition
In the event that we are unable to proceed with the competition due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition at our discretion, subject to applicable legislation.
General
Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, superseding any previous agreements or understandings.
Jurisdiction
This document is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia, in relation to any legal proceedings arising from this document.
Severance
Any provision of this document found to be illegal, void, or unenforceable will be severed without affecting the remaining provisions.
