Returns & Exchanges
If you have received your Dazy Dog and have not yet opened the vacuum seal, you are eligible for a return or an exchange for a different size. To qualify for a return or exchange, the Dazy Dog Bed must be:
- Unopened
- In its original vacuum seal
- Covers and accessories must be unused and in new condition
Please note: Beds that have the vacuum seal broken are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
When your bed arrives, if you’re unsure about the size, we recommend laying out the cover in the spot you plan to put it and letting your pup have a lie-down before opening the vacuum seal. This way, you can check the fit without breaking the seal.
To initiate a return, please request it within 7 days of delivery. If you meet these conditions and wish to return your item(s), please complete the form in the returns portal.
Please note that shipping the item back to our Dazy Dog store will be at the customer’s expense. Returns can be dropped off in person at our Dazy Dog store in Cronulla, NSW, but please complete the form in the returns portal first.
Once your return is received, we will notify you via email. After inspection, if the item is unopened, vacuum sealed, unused and in new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. If you prefer to set up an exchange instead, contact us at help@dazydog.com.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the vacuum seal on the bed has been opened, as it cannot be repackaged once expanded. If you have any concerns about the size of your bed upon delivery, please do not open the vacuum seal and reach out to our team at help@dazydog.com. We can assist with arranging a return or exchange as long as the bed remains vacuum sealed.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your bed cover choice, you can exchange the cover without returning the whole bed. Please reach out to us at help@dazydog.com to arrange an exchange.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your statement. If you do not see your approved refund after this period, contact us at help@dazydog.com.
