Dog Lovers Festival Melbourne 2026: Spin to Win
Terms and conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Nolex Group trading as Dazy Dog and/or Bolta ("we", "us"). You can contact us through dazydog.com.

2. When and where

The promotion runs at the Dazy Dog stand at Dog Lovers Festival Melbourne on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 October 2026, and closes at the end of the festival on Sunday 18 October 2026.

3. Who can enter

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Our employees and their immediate families can't enter.

4. How to enter

Scan the QR code at our stand, enter your email address and Australian mobile number (your dog's name is optional), then spin the wheel. Each entrant gets one spin.

5. One entry per person

Each person can enter once. That means one spin per person, per email address, per mobile number and per device. Entering more than once, including by using different email addresses, mobile numbers, devices or someone else's details, isn't allowed. If we find multiple entries from the same person, we may cancel all of them, including any prizes won.

6. Prizes and chances

Every entrant wins a single-use 30% off code for Dazy Dog products at dazydog.com. A small number of entrants also win a free Dazy Dog bed. Prizes are decided at random when you spin, and the animation on screen doesn't affect the result. Free beds are limited, and most spins won't win one. The wheel segments don't represent the chance of winning any prize.

7. The 30% off code

Your code is emailed to the address you entered. It applies to Dazy Dog products only and can't be used on Bolta products. It can be used once, on one order at dazydog.com, and expires at 11:59pm AEDT on Monday 19 October 2026. It can't be used with any other discount code, exchanged for cash, or applied to past orders.

8. Free bed

If you win a free bed, the winning screen asks for your delivery details. Enter them there to claim your prize. Free bed wins are only shown on the winning screen, never by email. Our team will contact you within 2 business days of the festival to confirm your win. A win is only valid if it matches our draw records for your ticket number.

The prize is one Dazy Dog bed with one cover, delivered free to an Australian address. One free bed per person and per delivery address. You choose the bed, size and cover from what we have in stock at the time we confirm your prize.

Prizes are final. There are no change-of-mind returns, exchanges, swaps or size changes on any prize, and we won't cover postage to send a different item. Prizes can't be transferred or exchanged for cash. If a prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute one of equal or greater value.

9. Bolta treat at the stand

Your result screen is your ticket. Show it at our stand for a free Bolta treat, while stocks last. One treat per ticket.

10. Fair play

We may disqualify any entry, and cancel any prize, if we reasonably believe the entrant has tried to cheat or game the promotion. That includes using automated tools or scripts, tampering with the page, clearing data or switching devices to spin again, using fake or someone else's details, or anything else that's unfair to other entrants.

11. Errors and malfunctions

If something goes wrong, we'll act reasonably and in good faith to sort it out, and our decision is final. This covers technical faults, connection problems, software errors, a prize shown on screen that doesn't match our records, or more prizes awarded than intended. Our records of each spin take precedence over what's shown on any screen or in any email. If a prize was shown or sent because of an error, we may withdraw it or substitute the 30% off code.

12. Your details

By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails and SMS from Dazy Dog. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by replying STOP to our texts. We handle your details in line with our Privacy Policy.

13. General

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. We may change, suspend or cancel this promotion if something outside our reasonable control affects it, subject to any applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria.
